Registration is required for all participants. Please, follow the explanations below, and be ready to submit all required material for your application (CV, motivation letter, diploma scan). You shall also submit a title and abstract for your Poster (standard A0 size portrait).
The full meeting is supported by the European Commision and our local sponsors. About 40 applicants will be able to attend Cryocourse 2021. Please keep an eye on the important dates and deadlines:
- Pre-Registration closes June 15th, 2021.
- Decision of selection panel July 1rst, 2021.
- Cryocourse 2021 starts September 20th, 2021.
PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS: (1) Pre-registration and (2) final acceptance by the panel of your registration.
Registration process:
- Step 1: Click this link to fill out the Pre-Registration form. You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail.
- Step 2: Your Pre-Registration will be examined by the Cryocourse panel, and you will recieve a confirmation e-mail if your application is validated. You will then be able to attend Cryocourse 2021.
